# All-AI? Not at SPG.

Our 50 vertical form-fill-seal baggers run combination scales and volumetric fillers at high speed. But when a product clumps differently than usual, or humidity affects flow rates, or a customer's spec sits right at the edge of tolerance, our team steps in.

Our 12 flow wrappers seal products rapidly. Skilled operators spot when film tracking shifts, when a seal looks weak before it becomes a problem, or when product variation needs a real-time adjustment the machine can't make on its own.

Full automation sounds efficient until you factor in downtime and the inability to handle variation.

We run high-speed equipment for bulk work. We keep experienced people on the line for judgment calls that actually matter.
